Founded by Tim John in 1996, Davidson John is a structural engineering company which places pragmatic engineering and aesthetic building design at the heart of the company ethos.
Working closely with our clients we look to deliver bespoke property solutions, producing a unique building which will closely reflect your individual aspirations and exceed your expectations. Attention to detail, close client communication and adherence to budgets are prioritised at all times to ensure client satisfaction.
We believe that quality design does not necessarily have to mean high costs for our clients and our contemporary architectural design concepts are aimed at maximising property value.
Technology
The most advanced computerised design and analysis technologies are adopted throughout the practice. A key benefit of this is that our engineering solutions may often be standardised and streamlined in order to deliver a value engineering proposition to our clients.
All time savings gained from effective technology usage are passed on to clients in fee savings making our solutions highly cost effective.
At times where our client is unable to envisage the final finished project we are able via our CAD software capability to arrange for a computer generated 3D ‘virtual’ walk-through the proposed design to illustrate the look, feel and flow of the finished building.
